The Bull Thistle Arts Festival is a 501(c)(3), which means the festival is a non-profit entity that promotes the arts, culture, and recreation for the community of Fayette, Ohio. Our goal is to put on the best festival we can with the resources we have. As a 501(c)(3), we rely on the support of the community.
